Political speech has never been criminalized in American history. Until now.

Just wait until a future president disagrees with what his/her predecessor said about an election result. They will now have the ability to unleash lawfare against their principal opponent(s).

If you indict for political speech and the DOJ becomes the defacto fact checker, and or mind reader, our country shuts down politically and leaders are no longer elected, but appointed.
