@cathaypacific what a disappointment; i bought this charger inflight on a CX duty free flight under huge recommendation by a cabin crew(cant recall when as I dont keep receipts of inflight purchases) and its miserably failing already.even if not your brand then why push it??👎🏻👎🏻

@cathaypacific It is not acceptable to have often faulty seats on your A330 fleet.Not being able to recline a seat for 7.5 hrs flight on sector HKG-DXB CX731/09Sep seat 47Hotel this time and same issues in past on same aircrafts. You should seriously look into matters.Look at EK
