@soulsilverart I dont really mind not having an opportunity to use the paradox pokemon. Their whole existence feels unnatural and like they arent conscious or happy. I like them for competetive but I felt weird having one on my team in the story, it feels like a mega evolution it cant stop

Yes the laws are supposed to safeguard that, but it cant always. So the 14thA doesnt have to rely on someone breaking the law first.
