Great to meet with the Republican candidates for the 89th Texas Legislature yesterday.
Together, we will continue to bolster our border security efforts, empower parents, and put Texans on a pathway to eliminate property taxes.
Congratulations on winning your primaries! #txlege
Texas voucher/school choice wars update:
Here are the Dec. 31 cash balances of the 'rural 16,' compared w/those of their best-funded challengers.
Bottom line: If you're an incumbent, you don't want to see your foe's name bolded ...

Parental rights are sweeping the country. That’s why we're thrilled to endorse @lahood4texas for Texas House in District 121. His commitment to educational savings accounts aligns with our mission at Family Empowerment Coalition PAC. Learn more: https://t.co/Om1rfVJMC2. #txlege
Looking forward to speaking with @KenPaxtonTX on January 23rd at Angry Elephant in San Antonio! Come out and meet us both at this campaign meet and greet. Together, we will fight to secure our southern border and stop the woke indoctrination of our children! #HD121
I stand with @GregAbbott_TX as the Texas National Guard blocks the Feds in Shelby Park! @JoeBiden will never secure our border so Texas has to take steps to stop the flow of illegal aliens at our southern border. #txlege#BidenBorderInvasion
Meet Texas Rep @stevefortx (“R”). He’s one of the “Republicans” blocking school choice for millions of Texas kids.
He proposed a bill to mandate DEI in public schools and was endorsed by an affiliate of the super woke NEA.
He of course received campaign contributions from anti-school choice public education advocacy organizations.
Would be a shame if everyone tagged @stevefortx asking why he’s against school choice! Is it because of his campaign contributions?
@libsoftiktok@stevefortx He has a primary opponent who is endorsed by Governor Greg Abbott, @LaHood4Texas.
Marc LaHood supports parental rights in education.
.@Lahood4Texas will be a strong conservative voice in the Texas House. Steve Allison fought to reduce the penalty for illegally voting from felony to a misdemeanor and voted with Democrats more than almost all of his Republican colleagues.
