Weak pitching, poor outfield with a huge step back in defensive quality. My Phillies need better pitching to sniff the wild card. But it's opening day, hope springs eternal!

@LindseyKiiskila (2/2) You will literally work alongside those people every day. Everyone in the department will know who you are and eventually those same staff will be looking to you for answers and management decisions as you grow. I've ways focused on that rather than what's easiest/cushiest.

@LindseyKiiskila (1/2) I go off of feel. Pay attn how people interact/relationships. No book fund $$ differences, call schedule subtleties, or perk can substitute for feeling comfortable and liking your environment. You will be there every day for 4 yrs. Go where you feel at home.
