The #Falcons have announcing the signings of WR Antwane Wells Jr., DT Devonnsha Maxwell and DE Keshawn Banks.

In corresponding moves, Atlanta has released WR Casey Washington, DL Elijah Garcia and DE CJ Nunnally IV.

Cutting Washington is the biggest surprise. He was a Falcons 2024 sixth-round draft pick and in training camp last season he was pushing for a starting role. By the end of last season, though, he was a healthy scratch on a team with little WR depth.

The #Falcons are signing edge Keshawn Banks, the latest UFL player to land with an NFL team. Banks, an undrafted free agent with the #Packers in 2023 who played three games for the #Patriots in ’24, had five sacks and a league-high 11 TFLs this season for the @UFLStorm.
