Yesterday @CUsportsmed and @CUPMRresidents participated in the @TheAMSSM Local Humanitarian Project with the @growhaus. We worked on pre-exercise warm-ups, post-workout stretching and activity modifications with injuries all using new equipment from the AMSSM grant.
