@flyfrontier WORST airline. Cncld flight DURING layover. Only refunded cost of flight that got me HALFWAY to where I was going. Refund cheque sent to me in UK 8 weeks later. Now chrgd VAT by @FedExEurope for cheque being sent to me. Refund has left me even more out of pocket!!
