This is related to a massive hole on Waterloo Road which was excavated to repair a burst a few months ago which has now burst again. Please escalate as matter of urgency.

@CityPowerJhb Your operators were informed yesterday at 6:15 when the outage occurred because we logged calls to inform them. The same calls were closed or completed without any resolution. Are we expected to log new calls until our power is restored one day?

@CityPowerJhb You have now closed two calls related to the outage in Bryanpark/Waterloo Road without restoring power. Is this now a standard practice to make it appear as if there are fewer open calls? Re-open CPWEB4083198 as it has not been resolved.
