I’m deeply sorry for what happened. I understand that Police officers must protect their lives when they face a genuine threat…but fear can distort anyone’s perception of danger. The fears we carry can make something harmless appear threatening.
When a gentle little donkey is mistaken for a threat, an innocent life is lost because fear transformed what was before someone’s eyes into something it was not.
Perhaps we can all, especially those entrusted with protecting others, pause to ask: Is the danger truly before me, or is my own fears shaping what I see? Sending you light in this moment of darkness ✨
