On top of that @Lowes I have been on hold and transferred for the last 49 minutes. Do companies just not care anymore? I guess not. #customerservice means nothing to them!
I didn't think it was possible to be more done with @Lowes as I am right now. Delivered the wrong thing, came to pick it up but couldn't because it wasn't on a pallet which it was NOT delivered on then doesn't know when you plan on delivering the RIGHT thing.
@HiltonHotels@Home2Suites I stay at this hotel several times a year with my family for the last 4 years and I have never had this type of interaction with staff. Just the worst...I hope it gets better.
@HiltonHotels@Home2Suites I know the #travelseason is going to be hard this year but don't just hire anyone off the street to answer phone and work with customers. No one who is paying you their good money wants to be treated that way.
@HiltonHotels@Home2Suites when I called back he was more interested in laughing and joking whomever was in the background and then when I asked about modifications and check in times he said I could make them and then slammed the phone down.
@HiltonHotels who ever Charles is at the @Home2Suites in Hilton Head, SC is he is the rudest customer service representative EVER! I called the hotel to let them know that I would not be bringing my pets and was super rude and arrogant then hung up on me.
Since @DIRECTV left @ATT the customer service is the worst. I understand why ppl are leaving and finding alternatives. It's not just about the price it's how your deal with ppl. #horriblecustomerservice

@Target thank you for setting the standard for curbside pickup. I sat at @Walmart pickup for over 20 minutes to pickup vitamins. This would have never happened at #target...even during the #holidays. #classact#thestandard
