#Bitcoin miner capitulation has reached levels comparable to December 2022: 7.6% drawdown.
December 2022 marked the cycle bottom after the FTX colapse.
Guys the trend line is 34 K. We are almost 2x above that in a moment in the cycle where we should be much closer to the bottom. So please do not fret, everything is ok.

Dobbiamo fare ancora tanta strada, ma proprio tanta, sia su #bitcoin sia su #monero

#Bitcoin simple math:
21 M=Bitcoiners* average Bitcoin held.
Then
Bitcoiners=21 M/(average Bitcoin held)
Call HDL the average Bitcoin held.
So the only way for Bitcoiners to go up is
HDL needs to go down.
It is math.
Given Price=Bitcoiners^2=( 21 M/(average Bitcoin held) )^2=4.41*10^14/HDL^2.
So if HDL goes down by 2 then we have an increase in price by 4.
Very efficient. Sharing is wealth in Bitcoin.
Again, you don't have to be the one sharing but somebody, somewhere is going to do it and it is going to happen. It needs to happen.
This doesn't mean equal distribution, some people need or deserve more Bitcoins, but this shows that redistribution of wealth is good for Bitcoin not bad.
PS
Yes, there are so Bitcoin lost over time but is a fraction of all the Bitcoins.
Welcome to a new paradigm.
Bitcoin Electrical Cost is now a whopping $77.4K.
This is the raw electricity cost to power the network, per Bitcoin mined.
Bitcoin Miner Price hit $244K on Saturday!
This is the block reward + fees per Bitcoin mined. It boomed as transaction fees hit $230+ (about 4X the prior ATH of $68 set in 2021).
This means Bitcoin is trading at a DEEP DISCOUNT.
Price under Electrical Cost typically lasts just a couple days every 4 years.
This means 1 of 3 things happens now:
1) Price skyrockets
2) ~15% of miners shut down
3) Transaction fees remain a lot higher on average
Expecting a bit of all three.
Bitcoin's days under $100K are numbered.
This price sell-off is needed to reset traders unrealized profits to zero, typically a bottom signal in bull markets.
After today's sell off, traders' unrealized profits (purple area) are at the lowest since early February (10%).
Moreover, prices are nearer to the trader's realized price of $58K.
