Shipment from Panasonic was in Ocala, FL now shows “shipper requested return / unable to deliver.”
Please confirm why it was marked for return and whether it can still be delivered instead?

It's been over FOUR hours so its CLEAR that the driver has no intention of cancelling the order. I reached out to custoemr service so THEY could do it, but all they say is the "driver has to cancel"??? He picked up my food THEN got a flat tire??? Just give me my refund.
