It's worth noting that I believe DNN alone is already quite cheap. The fact that Nexgen is trading below it is another sign that the company seems attractive in terms of valuation.

A brief valuation comment on Nexgen. Comparing it with Denison (similar jurisdiction, same point in the cycle, both tier 1 assets), Nexgen is operating at a lower multiple, despite structurally having a higher multiple. The Nexgen multiple should be higher for a few reasons.
