@DummScience I have a family history of HBP plus some personal health issues that necessitated the meds. I was averaging around 160/110. Since beginning the meds (Losartan and Amlodipine) in October—and losing 30 pounds—I’m consistently in the 110/75 range. Getting old(er) sucks 🤬😔

@DummScience I started my BP meds a few months ago and have tried to limit my salt intake. Probably long overdue but it needed to be done and definitely beats the alternative 😉
