there are design decisions on why certain util affects teammates, riot is usually quite good with this, however harbor seems to be a blindspot

@NightlyHyacinth @ElevatedSpeaks i think there may be a certain awkwardness in using the wall to clear site AND ensure you've angled it to block a choke. though i can see that it would work on certain maps like abyss and sunset. still not convinced that it's extremely strong
