@FlySafair we did request to speak to a manager, and explain that your website nor your on-site information states that TOY plastic guns are not allowed. Your ground staff was plain RUDE - yet - as the customer, we did not transgress any published rule or guide. Unprofessional!

@FlySafair This is the first and last time we fly with you. NOWHERE on your website, nor at check-in does it mention that a plastic toy gun with foam "bullets" cannot be CHECKED IN (NOT hand-luggage: check in luggage). YET you do allow a REAL pocketknife to be checked in? WTF??
