A strategically designed CHARGER HOMECOMING EXPERIENCE could turn one week into a recruitment visibility engine: Alumni: “Come Home to Hallandale” campaign, alumni recognition, class-year sections, alumni business/vendor opportunities, alumni giving challenge, & legacy families.

Homecoming should be an enrollment campaign disguised as a celebration. Think about what Hallandale already has that money cannot manufacture: history, generations of alumni, community roots, athletics, recognizable Charger identity, & current students with stories to tell.
