I am not very good at drawing or painting but I am a BIG Mega Man fan and even if I felt insecure about submitting this Robot Master I decided to do it.

Introducing: Parasite Man.
I hope you like it!

@tapairportugal It's been 2+ months now so you will understand that it's hard for me to believe this, but most importantly: why do I keep on getting different information and explanations from your team, about the case?

[Marco Colombo @MarcoColombo_85]

@tapairportugal I have been waiting for months for my voucher and every time I call you give me different info!

Even your employees tell me that I have been misinformed and by law I should get a refund.

You kept my money so far.
When are you going to refund me?

[Marco Colombo @MarcoColombo_85]

@tapairportugal You replied after several days and in the meantime your employees told me something else (everything was ok and asked me to open a new complaint)
Clearly that wasn't true and there's still no voucher.
I sent you all the details (again): now proceed with sending the voucher
