Infantino seek to buy support of 211 members by allowing them to acquire a stake in a company & benefit financially from deal.
World Cup must not become a mere financial asset intended to enrich a few investors Soccer risks losing its identity to an exclusively commercial agenda.

[Pr Mehdi El Karouani @karouani_M]

@oluwashina People don't feel betrayed by a stranger. They feel betrayed by someone they thought understood them.

[MonkHead🦁 @MowgliSoIcy]

@oluwashina Respect earned over years can be lost very quickly. That's what you're seeing in these replies.

[Khamzat Chimaaev @KChimaaev48669]

@oluwashina You knew Morocco, you knew its people, and you knew the sensitivity of this issue. That's why this feels deliberate.

[Vlad Bourchella @bourchella36343]

@oluwashina Morocco never needed your approval, but many expected honesty and consistency from you. They're still waiting.

[baristaaaaa @baristaaaa41938]

@oluwashina The same people who welcomed you are now questioning whether their respect was ever appreciated.

[Sanaa Ezzrae @ezzrae7161]

@oluwashina You built credibility among many Moroccans because they trusted you. That's exactly why this reaction is so strong.

[Laylow 93 @93Laylow]

[Samar Hanouni @HanouniSamar]

@oluwashina You were welcomed as a guest and respected as a professional. Many are now wondering whether that respect was ever mutual.
