@NianticHelp This was everything I got at the Kanto Tour, I played ALL 12 HOURS. It is totally unfair for a paid event, the app kept failing the whole day and it HAD something to do with the event because I did not had that bug before or after the Kanto Tour (1/3)

@NianticHelp any easy-to-understand explanation on the league's ranking? I've been winning 3/4 out of 5 mostly but just cannot reach rank8, plus I don't understand why we lose progress when we don't win, not progressing is ok but losing it? Why?
