@adsk4 I didn't know this was an ongoing debate. To me, having James look at us would kill the composition of the shot, but I suppose other people might have considered this interpretation because of the VR meta aspects of the other popular Konami franchise.

@HIDEO_KOJIMA_EN One of the most powerful scenes in the whole franchise, in my opinion. Something about the PS1's grainy effects, the models that leave emotion up to intepretation, the fantastic soundtrack and cinematography makes this a highlight in that masterpiece of a game.
