$MMTLP $MULN $GNS $AMC $DJT $FNGR $SHOT $VINO $VNUE $DPLS $TSLA - the public markets in the USA have tremendous problems. The push back seeking transparency (CAT Data, Bluesheets, etc...) seems coordinated on all fronts - Congress, #SEC#FINRA and the courts. While the courts have made "some" advances through discovery, and while the SEC "seems" to want to push for more transparency (that's sometimes how politics works - they tell you what you want to hear, move in a certain direction knowing full well it will never come to fruition - but it looks good and temporarily appeases some) roadblocks exist. If there is nothing to hide, no wrongdoing, market manipulation, etc.... then why not. Maybe the laws that exist were designed purposely to allow all of this. Unfortunately for them, foreign governments (some of them almost third world countries) HAVE ALREADY IMPLEMENTED SYSTEMS to catch these lawbreakers - does the SEC send teams to other countries to help create loopholes for US based funds when "advising" them of market mechanics operations? This will only get worse before change is made. How much worse, no idea.
