Can someone recommend a good "Advanced Web Development" course? Not the typical "Learn React, CSS and Jest". Looking for something that assumes I know how to build a web app with the assistance of frameworks and libraries and I can grow to become a more effective web developer.

It's not complete or correct, but when I first did something similar, it took a team of 5 people 6 months to get to this point. It took me now an hour. I can blind-test the model with a couple of people and tune things up and down and also ask it to factor in different aspects.

I used to consider one of the greatest achievements in my career to develop a career framework for @TuentiEng and @TelefonicaTech.

Today I prompted ChatGPT with a two-liner description of a company and department, its values and expected job levels.

It produced a first model I was not sold into. I asked it to list the competencies this model focused on and tuned it slightly. Asked it to provide proficiency description of these and examples at all seniority levels and now I have a great draft to work on.
