As I would if this was created with that assistance they menitoned, using EU-generated models.

@andrewhoyer @GregorySchier I have never not had issues with Arch aside from my Steam Deck. That thing is rock solid. Everything else breaks within a couple of weeks.

There is definitely something to be said about HW-SW integration.

That said, Ubuntu is pretty darn good these days. Opinionated, but good

@BaldieAndBaldie @surface The biggest issue was battery life (about half on Linux vs. Windows).

Aside from that, I love this thing. And I just use WSL.

@BaldieAndBaldie @surface My only complaint is that you cannot run Linux as efficiently as Windows on it because a lot of the CPU optimizations are blocked and only available to Windows.

@BaldieAndBaldie @surface I am also on my 2nd @surface! I still have my first-gen i7 model, but I wanted a bigger screen and metal armrests (and needed more power, better battery, etc).

I bought a Surface Laptop 4 Ryzen 7 edition and it has been GREAT. You cannot top this build quality in this ecosystem.
