The FPC Law team had the lawsuit printer brrr'ing white hot all through the Christmas weekend.

Why?

Last week, on Dec 20, after flooding Sacramento with laughable tears of unfathomable sadness, California AG Rob Bonta appealed our victory in Carralero v. Bonta, which blocked the enforcement of most of California's Bruen-Response Public Carry Bans.

He also requested that our victory be blocked during the appeal process, allowing the bans to be enforced effective Jan 1 (an Emergency Motion to Stay).

Then, on Christmas Eve, at 8:45 pm Pacific, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals ordered that we file our Response to the Emergency Motion to Stay by noon Pacific today, Dec 27.

The team didn't hesitate, fired up the lawsuit printer, and is prepared to file our takedown of California's hysteria later today.
