WHY DO ALL DEVELOPED COUNTRIES promote mass migration from less developed countries?

Look at EU, US, Australia (the Bondi beach shooters were both immigrants)

A very simple spiritual reason.

The dark state system needs to consume souls, energy and blood to sustain themselves. The current population of modern countries are either fully depleted (exhausted) or refuse to give anymore energy by not participating nor reproducing children to feed the state.

The only way for the dark system to survive is therefore to bring in new immigrants, who will give new ENERGY for harvesting.

New people to pay high taxes, more people they can exploit in low-paying jobs etc.

Remember also that there is divine protection especially for souls born in less developed countries, who must be given all the protection and resources they need to pursue their soul missions on Earth.

That's why literally ALL modern countries seek to import and exploit immigrants.

Immigration IS a good thing - knowledge, success, education and resources must be shared and flow outwards.

But when done in a desperate and imbalanced way, lack of integration and societal harm occurs.

We fix this by withdrawing our consent from our governments. The most important would be to reject their parasitic behavior (high taxes, control over the people, work culture etc).
