We will see how it turns out, it's only been 45 minutes since she said she'd call me back!

@TMobile pulls up the order number and she says it hasn't shipped so she doesn't know how I can have a modem on hand
she has to call me back in 20 minutes after doing some research
when i pull up the order it says shipped pending activation

@TMobile doesn't see the modem or 5g service just the free table sim that came as a bonus when you sign up for business internet
she pulls up the modem serial number and it doesn't show in their system
pulls up the sim card IMEI NADA

@TMobile they ask me for the pin and it doesn't work
so I try to rest it on the web
and it says "backend error"
so she pulls up my account the old fashion way

@TMobile new guy asks me for my SSN and I said that won't work because it's a business and then have an EIN not an SSN and he says oh the other guy misrouted you
then I get to someone domestic in business

@TMobile I get routed to the Philippines?? and they call me steven because that's my dad who owns the family plan on my cell phone
he routes me to another guy in the same room (I can still here everyone yelling in the background)

@TMobile so I create an online account and click on support and it just grays the screen
I call the support number and it asks for a phone number
there is no phone number for the business internet SIM (that I have access to)
