All kudos to Dr Jim Watts. I put Jim’s theory into practice in a flock I have classed for 24 years and supplied that flock with my Hilltop blood rams. Bottom samples 1996 mixed ewes. 18.5 micron. 80 mms,3.5 kgs gfw. Top samples 2020, 2yr ewes, 17.1 mic , 120 mms, 4.5 kgs gfw.

One of the many reasons containment feeding is great..... your not feeding the wildlife. 50 emus in this mob and there’s plenty more out there . A rain would be great.
