@AbundantLifeMen@WallStreetApes It is federally funded and it’s been around for 50yrs. Look up Community Development Block Grant (CDBG). President Ford in the 70’s. Cities across all US benefit from it, including NYC and HomeFirst.
@beyngofbeing@WallStreetApes Yes, that is my understanding. It’s designed to help first time buyers only to buy their first home. You also have to live in that home for a minimum of 10-15yrs for the loan to be entirely forgiven.
@WallStreetApes HomeFirst acts as a second mortgage, you must first qualify for a standard, fixed-rate 15-to-40-year mortgage through an HPD-approved participating lender. No illegal immigrant will qualify for a standard mortage, and therefore no $100k support.

@_sol_omon Man Utd built their first generation of champions out of their academy. An incredible commercial machine followed, creating arguably the biggest club in football globally. It didn’t happen overnight. They were also a public co at the time so all their figures were public.
@thecitydefender “Stopped Arsenal from winning the league”. Sure, you won a ton but you did it breaking the rules, and not only a few but a ton of them! How would you feel if you’re one of the clubs that missed out on 22 titles because the winner didn’t play by the rules?
@XolidCity@city_exclusives Sorry you don’t. Your arguments have no bearing. You bring up political interventions, influence and too big to touch as reasons why city shouldn’t be relegated. I have news for you: That is nonsensical and not how modern legislation works and applies
@XolidCity 100% I’d be calling for the appropriate punishment. Everton got punished in the past, Chelsea as well. Clubs needs to follow the rules. On the pitch and in the boardroom.
@XolidCity So there should be government pressure now to keep City in the league? You seem to have clear misunderstanding of how sports work. You compete against other teams under certain rules - if rules are broken you can’t participate anymore. That’s it. It’s very easy actually
@XolidCity@keeole I was asking on what grounds the other clubs should be relegated for, as @XolidCity was suggesting. City should get what they deserve. 60-80 point reduction and a 4yr transfer ban feels appropriate. Lawsuits will come but not from the league but from other clubs
@cityzenken_@Arthur_Ingrm I hear your point. I really do, and I agree that City raised the top bar of the PL. But if teams aren’t competing on the same terms is it then really a competition?
@cityzenken_ I am a die-hard Arsenal fan, but still my feelings are mixed with a PL without City. They deserve to be relegated 100%. Have their raised the bar of the PL - 100%. But they did it cheating. I love to see someone crush Usain Bolt’s 100 WR. But not on steroids.
@XolidCity@BoyBobby86151 You haven’t got one fact right in all the stuff you’ve said here. “Face of PL”, “loose investors”, “relegate Arsenal and Man U for the same crime”.. Have you looked into the 114 charges? PL has no business kicking out city but the charges are real and impossible for PL to neglect
