@BaileyZanella You should post your dessert photos here and take a poll to see which are the best. To me, it is between Tyler’s and your Dutch apple pie! Tyler’s may look the best but that pie was the most memorable.
@Riley13842 I haven’t been on much lately, Riley. I’m taking a mini vacation to visit my grandson who is interning at USF this summer. His girlfriend stopped for a night on her way to Naples for a business trip, and @Micha41988Micha drove 4 hours to meet me for the first time.
@Buckeye12P00kie I'm not cheap, plus I tip well. 😂
Actually, I may do my condo as an Airbnb.
God has really opened some doors for my grandson in Tampa. I’m there now for a few more days. The south is getting more appealing for me.
I've known Steve (Flaloudmouth) @micha41988micha for at least 10 years on Twitter. He and his wife drove 3 hours to see me in Tampa for lunch today. Thank you, my friend, for saving me from a sunburn!
So my house closing date got pushed up to July 20th. I’m painting my Wo-Man Cave today bcuz my Landlord doesn’t think the next Tenant would like it.
What do you mean they wouldn’t want an Ohio State room. I just dont understand that 🤷🏼♀️

What’s your secret super power?
I grew up in NJ and learned to drive there.
I can drive on ice, sleet, foot deep slush, traffic circles (real ones, not the baby Texas ones),
and can slip back into a-hole driving mode if needed.
Recently we were in Philly and my wife didn’t have the proper rage mode to activate.
I had to take over. 😂
My son turns 19 today.
Some of you might know him as the 4-year-old who used to play 2K with me and had no idea the guy on the screen was his dad. Or maybe you saw him ball in OH in high school and figured he'd play at the next level like the other legacy kids, and he probably could have, but that's not what he wanted.
Michael spent his first year out of high school building a business in private aviation. No campus, no dorm. Just him, a computer, and a phone, dialing into an industry that doesn't routinely open doors for outsiders, let alone teenagers.
I was nervous when he decided to go this route, and I told him so. College is the safer path and I know what the startup world does to grown men twice his age. But the kid takes rejection better than I ever did, and I supported him in his choice. So, he's learning the business from scratch and holding his own on calls and at conferences where everybody else has 30 years on him.
My nerves wore off somewhere in the past 365. Now I mostly just watch and smile. Kid might not be a hooper, or a college student, but he does have IT.
Happy birthday, son. Keep going.
I teach auto shop at a small high school. We work on students cars, teachers cars, students parents cars and some community people cars. We only charge for parts and not labor, so we saved some people a lot of money last school year. This last school year we did 126 oil changes, 68 brake jobs, 85 alignments, 4 steering racks, 22 tune ups, 32 struts, 20 shock absorbers, 4 transfer cases, mounted and balanced 82 new tires, 4 timing chains, 15 valve cover gaskets, 14 thermostats, 4 radiators, 12 in tank fuel pumps, 8 EVAP canisters, 6 exhaust manifolds, 4 mufflers, 15 AC repairs including evacuate and recharge, 8 alternators, 22 batteries, 9 starters and so much more! Proud of those students I am!
@Buckeye12P00kie That's fantastic, Heather! I'm sure you'll have a lot of volunteers from the "Tool Belt Club." I recently heard about the "Casserole Club." I admit I had no visits from the club members. I'm a picky eater.
