@TrevDon @Govmikebraun I was just at a sanctuary in May that had foxes rescued from the fur farm industry. How in 2026 do we still have fur farms? It’s disgusting and we need to do better.

@TrevDon @Govmikebraun All states need to do better by animals. We have the Big Cat Public Safety Act, but still no federal protections for wild/exotic cats (cheetahs and smaller). We also need to pass TEAPSPA (Traveling Exotic Animal and Public Safety Protection Act).

@TrevDon We just had our third flood since early May. Relatively minor, but still flooding. Once it warms up more (it’s a gorgeous day today), it will definitely be humid.

@TrevDon There’s nothing as healing as being on or near the water. And, yes, there’s nothing quite like the smell of the ocean. I don’t make it to the ocean often, so it’s extra special to me.

@TrevDon I actually can’t watch this movie as it makes me bawl thinking that the older dog did not make it. Of course, I know now that he made it, but it still gets me every time - I couldn’t even watch this clip. Ugly crying. I can’t watch movies where animals get hurt or die.

@TrevDon I also like the philosophy of the touring ballet company that their goal is to make the ballet accessible to everyone, even those in towns and small cities that otherwise might not have the opportunity to experience the ballet.

@TrevDon I took my mom to see the ballet on Friday in our small town New Hampshire area. She commented how nice it was to see so many people dressed up and so many children and adults not on their phones.
