@RecoverinZombie @AlanRoberts Sorry but at my worst I could easily take down 6-8 doughnuts. I was 440 pounds, miserable and on my way to every health problem. Now after WLS, 5 years of hard work and different attitude i dont eat this kind of food ever and now weigh 195 pounds.
