Yes! Why? It was never intended to be an institutionalised ceremony. It was a ceremony that was done to welcome peoples of other tribes. This had meaning, as due to it being an irregular event, it was kept by the Indigenous as their own. Now there is no respect given to it. People wait impatiently for it to be over. They resent it! No respect is given, therefore it cheapens what it is. That’s why I say yes to this proposal. Give this ceremony back to those that own it. Don’t force it upon those that don’t want it.

I read posts under Pauline’s post, suggesting that a vote for Pauline is a vote for Trump. To them I say- what solution can you propose to us, that will solve the problems we now have.

A housing crisis
Far to many immigrants per year, with no where to house them
Climbing grocery costs
Utility prices climbing
Continual lies from our leaders
A two party system that has proven to be ineffective
A country loosing old ally partnerships
Chaos being created by our Western leaders, globally
We now have immigrants from the Middle East that are radicalised eg, ISIS wives and their children, brought in under darkness, as well as others connected to known jihadists. All for votes.
Leading towards the right conditions for a One World Government, One world Bank and a One World religion. I once again ask, what solution do you propose!
