Javiel Sola has been not just arrested, but CONVICTED for reckless endangerment, failure to stop after accident involving damage to attended vehicle, and driving without a license in Maryland in July 2015 + he ALSO has an arrest for escaping from custody.

This morning federal prosecutors in Los Angeles arrested Darwin Jonathan Rivera Flores, 30, of Winnetka. He is a Honduran national charged with two felonies for registering to vote in California and checking the box that says he is a U.S. citizen.

He is not a citizen. He used a driver's license and still got on the rolls. Court records say he has not cast a ballot yet. If he is convicted, he faces deportation.
