@HeidiHsj@ammitzbll_bille Nej, ifølge grundlovens § 3 ligger den lovgivende magt hos kongen og Folketinget i forening. Derfor skal kongen underskrive alle love, før de træder i kraft. Forfatningsretligt har regeringen ingen lovgivende magt, men i praksis sidder de fleste ministre også i Folketinget.

@euroepiphanies The EBU never releases the full version of the rules to the public, only a very brief summary. However, all participating broadcasters are informed of any changes to the rules well in advance.
@JulienPernici In previous years, the public summary of the ESC rules explicit stated that "plugging instruments to play live on stage shall not be allowed". This year, there is no such statement in the public summary of the rules ����
