You are providing 2G speed in Visakhapatnam and charging for 5G since last few days .

You take money for 5G speed and provide data at 2 G speed.
You do not care about your customers.

I wasted full day at your office for my car insurence renewal. Photographs taken at about 1145 AM . 1600 hrs they said person who suppose to approve is not responding. I wasted full day.
