@KLM_UK I am so disappointed in your customer service, book flights to Thailand for 2023, then realise that my ticket was in my maiden name, called KLM, and told I can’t make any changes and I won’t be able to fly, shocked so called again but told the same thing @KLM_UK @KLM

Booked flights to Thailand for 2023, and realised I had booked my ticket in my maiden name, so called customer services and was told I could not change them even for a fee, and I could not fly!! Was so shocked, surely this can not be right?? Please help @KLM @EDI_Airport
