Here is the mindset I adopt when speaking with parents who don’t speak English. I ask them if I need and interpreter. I ask because I am the one in need of assistance. They are perfectly capable of communicating. I need the help.

SO many great conversations today about 9/11 and the great heroes from that day. Afterwards, the kiddos were able to write about their own personal heroes, which I loved to see. 🥰

Arguably the most important book of 2020. With a social emotional focus, bilingualism, and ownership of one’s thoughts and feelings; everyone should read this book.
