@AmazonHelp Call was made during the 1st attempt oly...However no call was received during 2nd attempt despite the recipient was awaiting to collect the order..probably the agent nvr contacted the recipient...either reattempt by calling the recipient or cancel the order d provide refund

@ShiprocketCare I am using the same address for years when all the other courier partners can deliver without any issue whats wrong with shiprocket ? Atleast you should provide alternate options like the nearest hub or something . I highly recommend to improve your service

@ShiprocketIndia take responsiblity for issues from your end rather than pointing fingers on seller. The customer trust is something you should take care of. I have written an email for the same where is the resolution for that . Why is the customer care num always on hold ?
@ShiprocketCare The address is correct deliver agent is making excuses . Since the shipment is with shiprocket seller asked me to connect with shiprocket.. note I have provided detail instructions too incase the delievry agent is having issues. Shiprocket needs to escalate and look into this

@consumerforum_ Idfc bank faultily linked my moms account to someone elses loan account. Over a year the victim has been getting abusive calls and loan repayment reminders causing mental stress. Idfc assured they have removed from kyc bt still getting calls/texts for loan payment
