Both parties have until 10am tmrw to submit their proposed findings of fact and conclusions of law, to the court. The judge has told us he will rule very soon after that.
Overall the @realDonaldTrump legal team and NVGOP is appreciative of the courts careful attention to our arguments. We presented compelling evidence from seasoned experts and brave whistleblowers despite many challenges and the obstruction from Clark County officials.
Tomorrow the Nevada Trump legal team will present incontrovertible evidence that @realDonaldTrump won #Nevada. Our case mirrors other swing states where the Dem machine pushed to count illegal ballots on a scale that is worthy of a 3rd world dictator.
Landed in Vegas and sat with our legal team and walked through the status of tens of thousands of illegal ballots. This is a civil rights emergency. President Trump actually won Nevada. Proud of the NV team and their fact-based evidence. Hearing on Thursday. 🇺🇲
@RichardGrenell
It’s indicative of: 1) the current system had unclean rolls and was never ready for mail-in balloting 2) there are a ton a cracks in NVs election system and many ways for improper voters to make it through 3) no one is actively investigating anything. All just spike the football.
A judge in Nevada has ordered Clark County officials to allow an inspection of the elections equipment and sealed containers used in the 2020 election by 1:00 P.M. tomorrow. @RichardGrenell@AdamLaxalt@mschlapp
BIG news in Nevada: a Judge has allowed NV Republicans to present findings of widespread voter fraud in a Dec. 3rd hearing. Americans will now hear evidence from those who saw firsthand what happened—a critical step for transparency and remedying illegal ballots. Stay tuned.
I want to thank the Clark County Election Department and the Clark County Board of Commissioners for listening to our concerns, all the information presented at the board meeting, and called for a Special Election for Clark County Commission District C.
