O'Connor BLASTS Mamdani for demanding red-state taxpayers pay for New York's open borders.

"But no, he's demanding you and Oklahoma pay for it. You and Wyoming pay for it. You and Mississippi pay for it. To pay for all the people coming to New York illegally."
