Speaking about STED microscopy with Doug Farmer was a pleasure. Thanks for highlighting @PicoQuant 's MicroTime 200 time-resolved microscope. Adding the time dimension to STED offers lots of benefits, as exemplified in this great paper, among others: https://t.co/gK4rfiMu1e
STED microscopy has been adapted to acquire spatial and temporal data, helping to unveil the mystery of intercellular communication.

Honored to present exciting preliminary results from a fruitful collaboration with Drago Milovanovic, investigating the behavior of synapsin-1 and a-synuclein with FLIM and FCS using @PicoQuant 's Luminosa - thanks for all the interested questions during the poster session!
This view during the poster session and coffee break discussions at the @GordonConf on IDPs is hard to beat - but the science is just as great! Thanks to @TanjaMittag and Birthe Kragelund for organizing such a terrific meeting!
Thrilled to be in Les Diablerets for the GRC on Intrinsically Disordered Proteins. Rainy gray outside, but lively discussions inside. Excited to present my poster tomorrow!
Shared fun and excitement with my daughter at the long night of science #LNDW24 - can't start early enough to spark kids' interest in #stem!
Thanks to all the people who made this event happen and who came up with such great experiments for kids!
@faldalf@AgEggeling@carravilla_p@_Dasgupta_A@uiztok Would have been nice to cite the first observation of photobluing, also using a spectral STED system: Loidolt-Krüger, M. STED Microscopy of FRET Pairs. Dr. rer. nat. Dissertation, Georg-August-Universität Göttingen, Germany, 2018; https://t.co/dMcpBqSh6z… (see Chapter 21).

Day 2 of the #EESPhaseSeparation continues with inspiring talks, among them Edward Lemke showing the power of FLIM-FRET imaging and time-resolved anisotropy experiments and Ben Schuler taking a close look at IDP chain dimensions and dynamics with smFRET and nsFCS inside droplets
Drop by @PicoQuant 's booth for a chat with Valentin Reiter-Scherer and me about studying LLPS with our new Luminosa microscope and more

Wonderful to be back at @embl Heidelberg for the Symposium on Cellular mechanisms driven by phase separation. Great start with Rohit Pappu 's keynote lecture. Looking forward to insightful talks and inspiring discussions!

BTW I also noticed that the school all have a focus on music, arts, crafts, language, or sports, but not one specializes in math and science. Don't get me wrong, I love music, play several instruments, sing, dance, but I still think it's a little sad.
