Unfortunately, I am a @networkhomesuk leaseholder. This underperformance Housing Association has mislead my potential lender lying about my service charge records. MH told my potential lender that I am in arrears (which is false). I no longer have a lender! @ukcag @EOCS_Official

I have emailed in 35 occasions regarding this issue, emailed 6 times in the last 24 and I just had been on the phone with 3 different departments! Still no response!

Looking at the New Providence Wharf #fire video footage. It looks as though smoke has logged apartments 7 floors above the fire and 4 below.

Internal compartmentation issues are rarely talked about by @mhclg @team_greenhalgh and could be a similar size issue to #cladding
