1. CAN'T BREATHE PROPERLY? Put your hands on top of your head; your lungs open up instantly.

2. SUDDEN PANIC ATTACK? Touch something cold (phone, metal, water). Your brain switches from fear to safety mode.

3. HEART BEATING TOO FAST? Cough 2-3 times (forcefully). It resets your heart rhythm.

4. FEELING DIZZY? Focus on one spot and tense your legs. Blood rushes back to your brain.

5. OVERT HINKING? Count backwards from 100 in 1 intervals of 7 (100, 93, 86...). Your mind cannot overthink and calculate together.

6. CAN'T SLEEP Exhale longer than you inhale (4-7 12 breathing). Your brain goes into "sleep mode."

7. STUFFY NOSE? Hold your breath and nod your head up and down slowly. Opens blocked airways.

8. SUDDEN ANXIETY? Splash water on your face; activates the "calm reflex."

REMEMBER WHEN the Media laughed and said ivermectin was ONLY for horses and cows? THEY KNEW it was made for people since 1987.

Here’s what they didn’t tell you:

1 – It prevents the damage caused by drugs created using mRNA technology, blocks the entry of Spike Protein into cells and, if the person was vaccinated, they can treat themselves for damage already done through Ivermectin.
