Do I file a new claim so I can get a call from a rep since it’s impossible to reach you guys. You never respond...

@NYSDOLCommish @NYSLabor What about claims that have been completed and have been sitting in limbo for over a month with a $0 pending status. It is impossible to contact anyone still. I haven’t received anything in the mail. Should we just file a new claim at this point ? I need help

@NYSLabor I filed for my PUA but on the application it is showing my maiden name not my married name. It did not give me the option to change it. Is this going to affect my claim? How can I fix it ?

@NYSLabor After you get through the prompts 292 and put in your social and pin it says it’s going to transfer you to a rep and then the call disconnects. Wtf do we have to do for you people to fix this?!?

@NYSLabor What about claims that have been pending for 4 weeks with no correspondence in the mail. What’s the time frame to see if they are denied or approved ?! Unable to contact anyone for 4 weeks
