Since being diagnosed with coexisting ADHD, it feels like everything finally makes sense. I was well aware of the depression and anxiety, but even after getting those under control I still felt like I was losing my mind.
@RachelsADHD So much relief. I feel like I have a second chance at life. It was like my whole life flashed before my eyes and finally it all made sense. Now I’m learning to work with my brain, instead of fighting with it all day and night. Life changing.
So true, I’ve seen the difference first hand. I couldn’t be more grateful for all the love and support Alana has received from past and present teachers. So grateful to be part of the @qufsd community. 💙💛
Your resilience, determination, positive attitude and ginormous heart constantly inspire me Bug. I couldn’t be more proud of you, and I’m so grateful to be your Momma.
Shine on my love 💙💗💜 #proudmomma

I’m really stressed about my stress test this morning. The fact that I’m 32 and seeing a cardiologist freaks me out enough. Can someone please explain what to expect? #adhdwomen#adhdtwitter#anxiety#panic
@AdultingADHD But I agree, very inspiring and helps me snap out of my downward spirals. Remind myself how badass I am thinking about 1000000 things at one time 🥰🤣
@AdultingADHD I’m successful with PTA, but the whole working a full time job unmedicated is terrifying for me. Hopefully after my stress test next week, I can go back on my meds.
