Your company's service is nothing short of a disgrace. I made a purchase using a gift card, only to have my order cancelled without any valid reason. Yet, you had the audacity to charge my gift card. #FraudulentPractices

@Vicki42316740 Thanks Vicki, this was curry’s gift card which means I cannot envolve the bank. That’s why I am so absolutely disgusted by their services. Will be filing a complaint with trading standards to launch investigations @currys

@vfsglobalcare Hello, I would like to request a refund of a PV fee for my children's applications (took 4 weeks,not 3-5days).I have contacted UKVI and I was told that I need to contact the application center. My logging information is now not recognized as existent. Please advice

@vfsglobalcare I received your DM, however our passports are in UKVI scanning hub in New York and need to be mailed not collected, and I am afraid that they are not being handled as priority service.

We have applied for UK dependent visas for our kids, visitor visa for my mom.I spoke to UKVI and all three applications have been processed and decision made prior to Christmas holidays.We paid for premium processing,it has been 3 weeks since biometric appointment @VFSGlobalCare
