@CoastFashion this is the most horrendous delivery service I have ever encountered, my parcel has been "processing" at the Evri hub since Jan 1st and I am so frustrated with the Coast customer care team who have yet to investigate the matter with the courier 😡 3-4 working days!?

@CoastFashion I made an order and received confirmation on 30th Dec that it was on its way, I've tried tracking my parcel on the Track Now link and it says my parcel is not found! My parcel absolutely should have arrived yesterday, I need it urgently, this needs to be addressed!

@one4allireland I don't know what's wrong with my gold chip & pin card. I went online and activated it, I received the PIN by text message, & I went to use the card this evening for a purchase and the card was declined. The card machine said my PIN was OK, but it still declined?
