It remains unclear whether the solar service has even been activated or connected at all. This lack of response and accountability is unacceptable. We feel deceived, financially burdened, and completely abandoned by the company after trusting @Trinity_Solar with our home.

Since then, I have made multiple attempts over the past month to contact @Trinity_Solar to resolve the issue, understand the status of the service, and request assistance. Despite leaving several VM, no one has returned our calls or provided any updates.

a violation from the NYC Department of Buildings. As a result, we were forced to pay over $3,000 in permit and repair costs. We were given 5 business days by DOB to get the permits and I requested @Trinity_Solar for this assistance and they blamed us.

We engaged @Trinity_Solar in April 2024 to install a solar panel system on our property, trusting their expertise and compliance with local laws. However, due to their misguidance and apparent negligence in securing proper permits or complying with NYCDOB regulations, we received
